Technological process

1. The methanol liquid stored in the methanol fuel tank is pressurized by the methanol supply pump. It then enters a low-pressure heat exchanger to heat up the fuel.

2. The fuel goes into the mixing tank. Mixingtank is used to store and discharge the gas generated during the heating and pressurizing process of methanol fuel. The pressure in the tank should be maintained not lower than the set value toensure the stability of fuel supply pressure.

3. The fuel flows into the double manual filter. One filter chamber for standby and one for use, and the filtration precision is 10 microns, which can remove all particles present in the methanol fuel that could cause engine damages.

4. The filtered methanol fuel goes into the high pressure heat exchangerto further heat up the fuel. The fuel is distributed through the FVT and then used at the engine.
