SunRui Marine Environment Engineering Company Ltd (hereinafter referred to as SunRui) is a wholly owned subsidiary company of China Shipbuilding Industry Company Limited (CSIC). SunRui is a high-tech integrated engineering company built up in 2003, engaged in research, design, manufacture, engineering, test and project contracting of marine environment corrosion control and water treatment.

SunRui was named the National High-Tech Enterprises for nine consecutive years, it owns high technical team including International Maritime Organization (IMO) expert, scholar of Taishan and first-class talents.  SunRui won the highest award in the field of engineering National Science and Technology Progress Award & National Golden Quality Engineering Award in 2008 in China.  The main products of SunRui won National Strategic Innovation Product, National Important Product, Famous Brand Products awards.   Now SunRui own ballast water treatment, corrosion control, electro-chlorination, seawater desalination, sewage treatment and SCR DeNOx technologies as well as products.  It has a global sales and service network covering more than 30 countries and 70 ports, and the products are exported to more than 30 countries and regions.

SunRui develop independent innovation continually, most R & D results fill the domestic blank and reach the international leading level with application of nearly 100 patents. SunRui presented more than twenty five National Standard, Military Standard and Industry Standard of Corrosion Control technology, the Industry Standard of Technology of Sodium Hypochlorite Generator of Electrolyzing Seawater,  the first Industry standard of Design and Installation of Ballast Water Treatment System for Ships Using Electrolytic Method applied to BWMS technology.  SunRui BalClor® Ballast Water Management System is a key auxiliary equipment on ship which owns complete independent property right, Sunrui was the first IMO Final Approval granted manufacturer in China, and with DNV, CCS, LR, NK, BV, ABS type approval certified and AMS approval certificate of USCG.

SunRui BalClor® Ballast water management system occupied the top three in the world, especially the first rank of installation quantity on large ships.  SunRui also is sole qualified manufacturer of Electrolytic Sodium Hypochlorite System applied on Nuclear Power Station in China, share 90% market in Nuclear Power Station, 70% market in Thermal Power Station.  Corrosion Control products share 30% market in China.
